SISKS - Grand Canal Plaza. This work is being done with a reflective silver, to create a full mirror effect on the Internal glazing on the Foyer .

In Dublin Castle, we were asked to provide a film that would enable them to take away the unsightly blinds, and leave the windows looking uniform, as well as stopping the UV light from entering the building. As you can see, we used a 35 grade Charcoal effect film, which gave the appearance of nothing on the glass; however the film used will block out 99% of the UV light and also 40% of the heat, and most importantly will provide privacy on the ground level. All this was achieved with one film, and was a great success.

The Westin Hotel, Dublin. At the centre of the hotel, there is a luxurious lounge with a massive glass roof area, of which suffered greatly from too much heat gain and glare during summer and winter. We applied a reflective coating externally to all the glass. The staff and customers noticed that within 2 days the temperature had dropped considerably, and that the glare had eased so much, that the area below could be used in comfort, where before people had been used to avoiding the area. This was installed without causing any down time for the hotel, as it was completed all externally.

We were contracted to install Manifestations to all floors in the Central Criminal Courts, Dublin. You can see them easily, once you walk into any of the public areas of the building. As the building is built in a circle, the Judges' Chambers at the top of the building are very impressive. You can also see our work on RTE News on most nights, as we also installed the Harp Logos on the main reception, which can be clearly seen when any camera crew are located outside the courts.
